Domestic Shipping Information

yLeDgE DeSiGn will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order valued over $99. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by delivery company. Orders outside of Canada will be charge for flat rate shipping $19.99. Delivery time via Ground can range from 2 to 10 business days depends on area and stock level. All items are shipped insured. 

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at shipping company's site.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. 

VERIFICATION

All online international orders are verified through the yledge.com payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.

DUTY AND SHIPPING

Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer, You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. The average International order takes up to 2 week for delivery. Oversize and/or high value orders may require additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by yLeDgE DeSiGn. If the item is received damaged, please contact yLeDgE DeSiGn within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from yLeDgE.com. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Please see our note below regarding Special Orders. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact yLeDgE.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please email info@yledge.com. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
  • We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as UPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If an order is shipping via ground shipping, the initial shipment fee incurred by yLeDgE DeSiGn to ship the merchandise will be deducted from the refunded amount.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Select items sold on yLeDgE.com may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, all orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $4000, the return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 19% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the yLeDgE.com staff via mail or e-mail.
